Avenged Sevenfold (sometimes abbreviated to A7X) is an American heavy metal, band from Huntington Beach, Califonia. Formed in 1999. There are 5 members in the group, consisting of M. Shadows (lead vocalist), Zacky Vengeance (rhythm guitarist and backing vocalist and he also plays guitar with left hand), Synyster Gates (lead guitarist and backing vocalist), Johny Christ (bassist and backing vocalist), and  James "the rev" Sullivan, (drummer, died in 2009). He was the best drummer in the world. According to the report, it is said that he died of a drug overdose. After his death, the band continued with the new drummer Arin Ilejay. The album that had been successful is City of Evil in 2005. Their first album is Sounding the Seventh Trumpet (they were just 18 years old, and in high school at that time), under Good Life Recordings. After that Synyster Gates joined the band, and recorded the new song To End The Rapture again under Hopeless Records. Then the next album, Waking The Fallen, was also under Hopeless Records This album was so hot that Rolling Stone Magazine highly praised it. Not so long ago, Avenged Sevenfold signed a contract with Warner Bros Records. Synyster Gates is my most favourite member of the band  because he is the best guitarist in the world, and I want to play guitar, and be popular like him.
